Our (hi)story

monty is founded by Maarten Dobbelaar and Rick Coolegem. In their pre-monty era Maarten and Rick were the creative directors at Saatchi & Saatchi | Leo Burnett Amsterdam for almost four years. Their campaigns helped transform the agencies from thinking traditionally to acting digitally. Because we like to be involved in the whole process from idea to execution (the full monty), we closely work with several kick-ass (digital) production companies.
